Chef Daniel from Naughty Pig Buchery is hand-making gourmet sausages to pair with P & Q's very own house brews!

With this pairing Chef Daniel will be speaking about what goes into making his gourmet sausages at the Naughty Pig and how he came up with these pairings. Paul will be here as well educating the class on his very own hand crafted beers.
