Oh and a sneak peak at the menu...

First Course - "On The Lash Shrimp Cocktail", beer braised shrimp, beer gastrique, smoked bacon air, fresh celery leaves.Beer Pairing - "Wager Gulch", western pre-prohibition lager. A pre-prohibition style beer brewed in the tradition of the beers made on the west coast before World War One, this golden colored lager is light and crisp with just a kiss of hops. Made with rice instead of maize, differentiating it from its east coast counterparts.

Second Course - "It's All Peachy", grilled Palisade peaches, crispy pancetta, goat cheese, jalapeno vinaigrette.Beer Pairing - "Billy Boy", calamansi saison. A refreshing farmhouse ale brewed with calamansi. The calamansi is a citrus fruit that is a hybrid of a mandarin orange and a kumquat. Fermented with our house ‘Billy Boy’ yeast strain, it’s a complex and flavorful beer.

Third Course - "Spice Up My Belly", chorizo stuffed pork belly, smoked beet barbeque glaze, haystack fries, bean sprouts.Beer Pairing - "Foggy Notion", Bohemian Dunkel. This dark lager is a medium bodied Czech-style pilsner with toasted, dark bread-like malt flavor and spicy, earthy hoppy-ness. It has a pleasant aroma of fresh grain with hints of chocolate & dark fruit.

Fourth Course - "Forbidden Apple Pie", caramelized apples, graham cracker-spent grain curst, vanilla bean ice cream.Beer Pairing - "Soul-Crusher", White Ale with White Chocolate and White Coffee. A naturally cloudy wheat beer brewed with lightly roasted coffee, white chocolate and lactose. Sweet white chocolate flavors mingle with a nutlike favor from the coffee beans.
