Premier Drams: Whisk(e)y Festival Celebrating New, Limited+Rare

We're already home to the largest whisk(e)y collection in the Western Hemisphere, and now we're hosting our very FIRST own whiskey festival! “Premier Drams” is a celebration of new, limited and rare. “Not your typical whisk(e)y festival,” this day-long tasting will feature 15+ curated stations of unique bourbons, ryes, scotches and international whiskeys, plus new bottle unveilings, blind tastings, craft cocktails, distiller meet-and-greets and more from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Join hundreds of whiskey lovers near and far to explore all three floors filled with oddities reaching beyond the basic bottles found on liquor store shelves. Distillers such as Kentucky’s Willett Distillery and Kentucky Peerless Distilling Co will bring special barrel picks and Wilderness Trail Distillery will unveil its brand new, never-before-tasted rye; while cask-strength single malts from Blackadder, The Exclusive Malts, and Single Cask Nation - Independent Bottlers will take guests through some of Scotland’s best distilleries. Attendees can also explore the world through whiskey, with tastings of international expressions hailing from Japan and India.

Our award-winning bar team will create specially crafted whiskey cocktails for guests, and hors d’oeuvres will be passed throughout the afternoon. We'll also host mini educational seminars with the makers and brand representatives in our underground whiskey cellar.”

Tickets are $80/person, which includes tastings at each whiskey station, plus one educational seminar, craft cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, a commemorative Glencairn glass and more. The current guest line-up can be found below, with more details being updated daily!
