In celebration of a Colorado classic, we invite you to join us for the release of one very special brew, Wynkoop's Rocky Mountain Oyster Stout.

Saturday, June 3rd, start your morning with craft beer oyster pours, bites with some balls, and, of course, craft beer banter from our head brew maker, John Sims and resident head chef Eric Hulme.

ROCKY MOUNTAIN OYSTER STOUT 8.6% ABV ~ 3 BPB
Wynkoop’s classic, rule breaking and uniquely indigenous foreign-style stout. Made with a robust combination of malts including roasted, chocolate, caramel and smoked. East Kent Goldings hops and freshly roasted bull testicles (AKA Rocky Mountain Oysters) round out the ingredient list. Deep flavors of chocolate, coffee, roasted grains and nuts. Yes nuts. 3 balls per barrel.
