PEMAQUID OYSTERS - Big, strong, briny oysters bottom-planted in the marine clay of Maine’s Damariscotta River, then purged after harvest in Clark’s Cove, near the mouth of the river, for maximum brine. Harvested at 3-4 years.
YAQUINA BAY OYSTERS – From the bay of the Rogue Beer Brewery, these oysters are deep cupped, sweet, and melony…a Pacific oyster masquerading as a Kumamoto oyster.
Also featuring our famous deep fried oysters with deviled eggs and our DEEP FRIED SHRIMP & OYSTER PO’ BOY.
Oysters will be flown in fresh, exclusively for this event, on Friday October 14th
