$30 admission includes 2, 12oz Draughts and 1 Hamburger.

The Rosemary District can be Sarasota’s most vibrant community. Leading the charge is The Rosemary Planning Initiative, a grassroots planning effort helping us realize this potential. With the rapid growth occurring in the district right now, it’s time for a plan. Through a series of meetings with district stakeholders and residents, we are creating a vision statement and a detailed blueprint for the District’s future.

The Rosemary District Planning Initiative is holding a celebration and fundraiser to help get us through the key phases in our planning initiative and pay our professional city planning consultants who are gathering the data and providing the analyses needed to recommend public investments, public policy changes and private initiatives.

Hosted at Mandeville Beer Garden, take a seat at the table with the Rosemary District’s passionate business owners, creative professionals and residents. Learn more about the District’s planning initiative, give your input on the district’s trajectory and talk with the people steering the District into its future.
