San Diego Metal Yoga Session #8

Come do some San Diego Metal Yoga at Societe Brewing! This will be the same fun class taught by our totally legit, super strong, certified yoga instructor but in a bigger venue. Do you like cool music in a bigger venue?

We like Sabbath, Pelican, Howl, and Black Breath just to give you an idea of what you might hear. Class is appropriate for all levels. We're GD adaptable.

Cost is $15 cash only at the door or an eventbrite ticket gets you an hour of DOOM (yoga) and a beer beverage afterward. Space is limited! The way to guarantee your spot is by buying an eventbrite ticket in advance.

This is our first time at Societe Brewing! Come show some muscle!

This event is 21+

Bring your ID, BRING YOUR MAT, some water, and whatever else you need to vinyasa out the effects of the work day.

Don't be lame. Come have a metal yoga beer.

NO! Sorry, folks. We don't have any spare mats. You will need to bring your own.
