Course Description: Hops are a beautiful little plant; therefore, beer is really salad?! In Hops 101 we will cover the history, and purpose of hops in beer. Why do we use it? What purpose does it have in the process of making beer? We will sample several different types of beer that have many different amounts and variety of hops used in those beers.
