Se7enth Annual International Beer Fest

SEVEN YEARS OF AMAZING BEERS! So you've survived another year and your favorite time of year is here!! Our 7th annual International Beer Fest!!

This year we're putting the "International" back into International Beer Fest with a selection of some of the best from around the world and, of course, the best from our own backyard!!

Just like last previous years, we'll feature TWO levels of tickets (VIP and GA) and we're also offering Non-Beer tickets for those wishing to attend, but don't want brew!

General Admission tickets include a souvenir glass and 5 sampling tickets, as well as access to Gambrinus (and it's RESTROOMS) during the time of the event.

VIP tickets include entry at 11 AM (one hour prior to GA tickets and first dibs at the brews), a souvenir glass, 5 sampling tickets, a FOUR YEAR Vertical of KBS sampling, and an International Beer Fest t-shirt. Just like GA, VIP's will have access to Gambrinus during the time of the event.

Our Non-Beer tickets include 4 tickets for ANY of our Martinis, Signature Cocktails, Liquors, or Wines by the Glass! VIP's also get early entrance at 11am, a Souvenir glass, and our International Beer Fest t-shirt!

This year's event t-shirts will be printed ON-SITE by our friends at Midwest Graphix!!

ALL ATTENDEES MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE. Sorry, no small children or ANYONE under 21!

We will update the draft list as the date gets closer and we finalize the brews!

FAQs

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Yes, ID's are required and will be checked at the door. All attendees MUST BE 21! No exceptions! That means no babies, small children, teen designated drivers, etc. It's the law!

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

It's International BBQ weekend in Owensboro. Parking is limited in the immediate area, so be willing to walk a little bit. Parking is usually available south of 5th street along any of the side streets. Be patient! There will be a ton of people out walking around!

What can/can't I bring to the event?

No outside beverages permitted. We will have water and other non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase. We do welcome bringing food in however! Grab a sample or two then go wander around downtown, see the sights, and grab some grub! Most of the brews are higher in alcohol, so be sure to have something on your stomach!

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Sorry, no. The ID presented at the door must match the name on the ticket.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

It's up to you. You can simply save a copy on your phone and we'll scan it at the door.

What is the refund policy?

We will refund purchases up until one week prior to the event (May 6th). No refunds will be given after that date or on the date of the event.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
