He found his voice singing in the cafes and bars of Northeastern Connecticut, but he would sound a bit more at home south of the Mason Dixon line There is an unpredictable quality about Seamus's music that's refreshing in the Singer-Songwriter field. He crafts songs about complex human experience strung over hauntingly sparse accompaniment. He makes his vocal style and poetry the centerpiece of his visceral performances. His influences include Tom Waits, Townes Van Zandt and Bob Dylan.
