Shawn Clark Family Band

Over the past year, Clark has collected a vast array of talent from local musicians and vocalists who have joined him in performing his original lyrics and most-inspired covers. Under the name of the Shawn Clark Family Band, the group celebrates a shared love and reverence for the country music of old, before the genre became synonymous with the commiserating of runaway dogs and broken-down trucks.


Clark’s group of rotating artists is bonded by a passion for a country-folk roots revival. Collectively, their main inspirations are Hank Williams Sr. (not to be confused with Hank Williams Jr. or Hank Williams III), Townes Van Zandt, Daniel Romano, and local hero Ryan Delmore (who can be seen occasionally cameo-ing with the Family Band). Together, the music they create heralds the triumphs and tribulations of lives lived fully and felt deeply.
