Slater's 50/50 Snout to Tail VIP Dinner

There’s more to pigs than bacon. For this month’s VIP dinner we’re leaving the bacon behind and exploring the rest of pig, from snout to tail. We’ll be pairing our piggy parts with Sierra Nevada Summerfest and a summertime punch to wash it all down.
