Sour Tasting

Join us for a very special sour tasting. Three drafts, three bottles, and plenty of specialty cheeses from Cedar Valley.
$25 if you reserve your spot before Tuesday, June 20th (stop in, call, or message us to get your name on the list. Payment due by the 20th - to make sure we have enough cheese!)
$30 for walk-ins the day of
If this tasting gets a large response, we will consider doing a late pouring, around 9:30pm. Stop in for details.

Drafts:
Paradox Skully #45 aka "Salty Melons"
- Barrel Aged sour golden ale with whole watermelons and pink salt (3.8 untappd) 8.2% abv
O'so Barrel Aged Hibiscus Saison
- Wild Sour with hibiscus, aged in red wine, brandy, and bourbon barrels (3.8 untappd) 9.8% abv
New Glarus Serendipity
- Cherry, Apple, and Cranberry wild sour ale aged in oak barrels (4.2 untappd) 4% abv

Bottles:
Cascade Elderberry
- Northwest Sour Red ale, aged in oak wine barrels between 12 and 24 months, and aged again with elderberriers for 5 to 12 months. (4.05 untappd) 7.75% abv
VanderGhinste Oud Bruin
- West Flanders Brown beer. Blended with 18 month oak aged lambic to achieve a smooth sour. (3.75 untappd) 5.5% abv
Une Annee Le Seul XI (Papaya)
- wild ale fermented with papaya (4.17 untappd) 6.5% abv
