This is a perfect beer for a hot, sticky summer day. Not too sweet or bitter, it's light enough to be refreshing. The Cascade and Amarillo hops lend a citrusy flavor that's balanced against a light caramel note. You can slake your thirst with a couple of pints, and forget that you have to wring the sweat out of your shirt every half hour.
