This tasty creation was refermented with multiple Brett strains and finished with Sudwerk's house microflora. Notes of bourbon, vanilla, creamy roasted chocolate, tart, funky goodness. ABV: 7.5%2) Cascaderade Firkin: India Pale Lager dry-hopped with Simcoe. Citrusy, piney and refreshing West Coast taste!ABV: 6.6%3) Blackberry Saison: Farmhouse-style Saison, soured in French Petite Syrah barrel. Aged on Oregon blackberries.
