Our friends at Rogue Island Local Kitchen & Bar are bringing their mobile taco set up to the Borealis patio for Cinco de Mayo. They'll be serving up speciality tacos, quesadillas, yucca fries, chips and guacamole, craft beer, and more. Chase it with our Horchata Iced Latte.
