The Good Beer Co. + Molecular Munchies Pop Up at T&B North!

Join us for a special evening of sour and barrel-aged beers from The Good Beer Company!
Molecular Munchies, a gourmet Food Truck, will be pairing burger + pomme frites + dessert with the following Beers:

Beer Flight includes:
Cara Cara Viejo - Leather Tobacco Funk from the base wine barrel-aged amber ale.

Lemon Lavender Solera - a wild beer! The barrels were used for bourbon then for a stout from another OC brewery, then this is the 4th pull during the solera process. The bourbon character is very subdued and the funk has developed nicely. This is moderately sour and the lemon adds a really nice brightness.

Wild Lady - A Blonde Farmhouse ale with some funk!

Fiesta - Sour, fruity and complex mixed culture ale aged in oak barrels with city hops and apricots. Bright stone fruit, melon, and candied apricot character.
