TOPO Spirits and Brew Tasting - a Chapel Hill Company

Tonight's the night if you're a Carolina Fan! Top of the Hill Brewery and Distillery will be at Old Nick's on Thursday, August 25, from 7:00p - 9:00p for a one-of-a-kind tasting event. Their TOPO Organic Spirits use top quality organic wheat that create their distinctive flavors. This Chapel Hill Brewery and Distillery will be bringing two of their spirits and two of their beers for us to try. The spirits are Vodka and Eight Oak Carolina Whiskey (more about these spirits below). The beers on tap will be Ramshead IPA and another not yet announced. Taste all 4 for $10. You receive one ounce each of the spirits and 5 ozs each of the beers. We'd be happy to make the liquor into drinks for you instead of just a regular shot. There will be a TOPO representative on site to talk about the spirits and beers and probably giving out free stuff.Wear your favorite Carolina tee shirt and let's make this a Carolina TOPO Party!About the spirits:The TOPO Vodka has been described as "Clear as rainwater.
