Join us Tuesday, August 30th as we welcome the return of the Shrimp vs Chef food truck to Darryl's Couch in Camarillo Springs!Featuring shrimp and Cajun inspired dishes, Chef Temple has made a name for his truck amongst the SoCal food truck fans. Using fresh, local ingredients, some of his creations include:• Kingston Shrimp Bowl: Loaded with Caribbean grilled shrimp, seared pineapple, diced red onions, house made black beans and fluffy white rice• Volcano Shrimp Bowl: Spicy Teriyaki Grilled Shrimp, Soy-seared Bok-Choy, Julienned Seaweed and finished with Sesame Seeds, on a bowl of fluffy Jasmine White RiceThere's more on the menu, and Temple has been known to make some at-request creations too!Shrimp vs Chef will be serving their delicious fare from 5:30-9:00 (or when they run out). Grab some food to pair with our delicious #craftbeer on tap or something from our bottle fridge!Joining our taps on Tuesday will be a new #MysteryBeer! This week will be a new IIPA from an LA area brewery. The #MysteryBeer will be on tap all day and should pair nicely with selections from Shrimp vs Chef!
