Join us Friday, May 4th at 6:30pm for a plant-based eve featuring PCBC culinary fusion and Brewmaster Alan Stiles's three-course vegan dinner with Phantom Canyon brews to pair. Special guest and vegan cookbook author JL Fields of "The Gazette".
