Y'ALL ARE INVITED TO OUR TAILGATE.

MENU:

1. NAM KHAO – FRIED RICE SALAD WITH CHINESE SAUSAGE, FRESH HERBS, ROMAINE HEARTS, AND BOK CHOY. TOPPED WITH PEANUTS, RICE CHIPS, AND KEFIR LIME LEAVES. CAN BE MADE VEGETARIAN.

2. COCHINITA PIBIL FRITO PIE – CITRUSY AND SPICY SLOW-COOKED PORK ON FRITOS, TOPPED WITH AVOCADO MASH, CREMA, PICKLED RED ONION, AND QUESO FRESCO.

3. BOIBY BURGER – CLASSIC ALL-AMERICAN BURGER WITH URMAMI SAUCE.

4. BANDO SANDO – BUTTERMILK FRIED CHICKEN TOSSED IN THAI CHILI GLAZE, ON A BED OF PEA SHOOTS AND A BUN DRESSED WITH YUZU KOSHO MAYO.

5. HOT CHICKEN – FRIED CHICKEN, HOT CHILI OIL, SICHUAN PEPPER, AND BREAD N BUTTER PICKLES.
