1. NAM KHAO – FRIED RICE SALAD WITH CHINESE SAUSAGE, FRESH HERBS, ROMAINE HEARTS, AND BOK CHOY. TOPPED WITH PEANUTS, RICE CHIPS, AND KEFIR LIME LEAVES. CAN BE MADE VEGETARIAN.
2. POST BOLOGNE/AFTER SCHOOL SPECIAL – FRIED MORTADELLA, AMERICAN CHEESE, SWEET HOT MUSTARD, ICEBERG LETTUCE, AND HAWAIIAN CHIPS.
3. BOIBY BURGER – CLASSIC ALL-AMERICAN BURGER WITH URMAMI SAUCE.
4. BANDO SANDO – BUTTERMILK FRIED CHICKEN TOSSED IN THAI CHILI GLAZE, ON A BED OF PEA SHOOTS AND A BUN DRESSED WITH YUZU KOSHO MAYO.
5. HOT CHICKEN – FRIED CHICKEN, HOT CHILI OIL, SICHUAN PEPPER, AND BREAD N BUTTER PICKLES.
