There is no movie like CLIFFORD. Some movies might cast Martin Short as a little boy and call it a day, but it is a testament to how wily the film is that it's less stunt casting than pretty logical in the grand scheme of CLIFFORD. Charles Grodin - in general one of the most undersung comic actors of his generation - delivers a go-for-broke performance for the ages. The plot? Well, Clifford is a ten-year old boy with a simple dream: to visit Dinosaur World in Southern California. After a misunderstanding with his parents and airport security, Clifford is dumped with his smarmy uncle Martin for the weekend. Clifford is so close, geographically speaking, to Dinosaur World! Why won't his uncle take him?
