YOGA + BEER

Yoga + Beer is held at 9AM every Saturday in the Wicks Brewing Co taproom. Each week has a different music theme, and we're joined by the great crew from Nutrishop Riverside at Tyler for free nutritional samples and education.

Classes are $20 and include:
-One hour Yoga + Beer session
-A pint of Wicks Brewing Co beer of your choice
-Nutritional supplementation education and free samples from Nutrishop Riverside at Tyler
-Meet and greet party after the class for an hour that also includes a tour of the brewery.
