Zine Reading Fundraiser for #baqzf

The 2017 Bay Area Queer Zine Fest is fast approaching! Please join us at Chromatic Coffee in SAN JOSE for a zine reading fundraiser featuring:

YOUR zines! San Jose & South Bay LQBTQ zinesters have been creating incredible zines for years. Bring your zines to read from -- poetry, diary entries, think-pieces, essays, autobiographies, biographies of people important to YOU -- we want to hear YOU tell YOUR stories. If your zine is more pictures than words, bring a flash drive with the zine art so we can project your work on the wall while you tell us about it.

The South Bay DIY Zine Collective will share the portable zine library for folks to browse before the readings begin.

This fundraising event is free & open to the public. We will be featuring and honoring LGBTQ members of our community and raising money for Bay Area Queer Zine Fest 2017 to uplift LGBTQ representation in zines and DIY media.

ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION:
Chromatic Coffee has no stairs -- both cafe and bathroom are wheelchair accessible, and the bathroom is all-gender. This coffee shop is not scent free.
