The world's first "black cider", a 101 Cider House original. To put it simply, this drinks like a creamy black lemonade. Bursting with lemon punch and farmhouse funk! This incredibly unique cider is made with local Ventura County lemons, grown just a few miles down the 101 from our cider house. Where does the brilliant black color come from? We blend in the world's finest activated charcoal, which is derived from tropical coconuts.
Curieux is made by aging our Tripel Ale in Jim Beam bourbon barrels for eight weeks in our cold cellars. The aged beer is then blended back with a portion of fresh Tripel. The resulting beer is smooth with coconut and vanilla notes and hints of bourbon.
Made in San Francisco with two-row California barley, Cluster hops (the premier hop in 19th-century California), and our own lager yeast, this all-malt brew is kräusened and lagered in our cellars. Its golden color, distinctive aroma, creamy head, balanced depth of flavor, and smooth finish make Anchor California Lager® a delicious celebration of California’s unique craft brewing heritage
Our White Ale features the complex flavors of the classic witbier, including orange peel and coriander – all brewed with pure Icelandic water that delivers a cool smoothness that is flavorful and refreshingly drinkable.
Food Pairings: The crisp citrus and spice notes perfectly compliment seafood, poultry, vegetarian dishes, Asian food and spicy foods including Mexican, tapas, Indian and Thai.
A barrel aged English Barley wine. Big boozy bourbon and American oak aromas combine with soft chocolate malt undertones. Complex malt flavors framed in oak with hints of dark chocolate, vanilla, toasted coconut and a touch of dark cherry.
Fruli is a high quality Belgian white beer blended with pure fruit juice. The strawberry juice compliments the zesty fruitiness of the wheat beer and the result is a natural, soft and refreshing drink that is simply delicious!
The Pale is a heavily hopped West Coast style pale ale bursting with a bright citrus and fruity hop complexity. It has just enough malt presence to allow the loads of hops to shine through, including a generous dry hopping of Mosaic. This crisp hop forward beer has a dry refreshing finish.
For the second incarnation of our groundbreaking IPA, we employed dry hopping and hop bursting to squeeze every last drop of piney, citrusy, tropical essence from the hops that give this beer its incredible character.
This Exclusive Gulden Draak combines the technology and the craftsmanship of the traditional brewing process. By letting the beer mature on Whiskey Barrels it gives it a distinguish and gentle finish that you have never tasted before.
A light-coloured, spicy single-bock wheat beer, for both beer lovers and the beer connoisseur. Extra long and cold storage in their monastery cellars makes this single-bock a really special beer with full body and a distinctively great mouthfeel. Prost!
