PBJ Time Ale is a "light brown" ale featuring subtle British hopping during the boil. This ale is aged on raspberries and real peanuts to give it layered bread, peanut, and jelly flavors. It is a PB&J in a glass!
Deep, rich and velvety soft. A full blooded roasty character with almost no burnt flavor is balanced by complex alcohol notes. Strong yet unfailingly subtle, this special brew rewards unhurried attention.
The everyday, everybody cider. Whether you’re leading the way into battle or bringing up the rear, this is the cider for all. Our flagship cider is straight ahead, crisp, and refreshing. The dry finish leaves you thirsty for more.
An inspiration from the beer country, our Belgian Witbier is a good representation of this classic style. A combination of coriander and citrus peel provides a pleasant tart-lemon aroma and orange-citrus flavor.
Freak of Nature Double IPA is our hoppiest ale. We dry hop this beer at a rate of almost 4 pounds of hops per barrel. The resulting blend of dank and citrus forward hops make for a palate changing experience.
Deep mahogany color with nice tan head. Rich, toasty, malty aroma and flavor with a faint touch of smokiness. A tinge of hops provides the perfect balance to the maltiness. Full-bodied, smooth and warming.
Brewed with its own unique recipe. A distinct malt bill gives the beer its copper color, and dry-hopping with Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops adds aromatic hints of citrus and mint. The result is a smooth, full-bodied malt flavor with a lingering, fresh hop finish.
Similar in balance, body, finish and flavor intensity to a well-made dessert wine (such as Sauternes), with a pleasant mixture of honey character, residual sweetness, soft fruity esters, and clean alcohol.
SAXO from Brasserie Caracole is a very complex artisanal Wallonian blond ale with an unusual hoppiness, bitterness and a touch of spice. Bizzare grainy punch of taste preceding hops and waves of flavors whizzing over the tongue.
Guanabara is Brazil's first Imperial Stout. Brewed with quality malt and hops, it also uses a special dark version of the native Black Rapadura cane sugar, made by boiling down sugar cane juice. The result is an explosion of flavors, layered and complex, with a lightened body for added drinkability.
100% fresh-pressed, with no apple juice concentrates, we make all our hard cider from the freshest apples in the United States. This gluten free, 100% natural hard cider is infused with the juice of American-grown and sustainably farmed Blackberries and Blueberries.
Mahogany, nearly black Eisbock. The aroma reminds of ripe plums with a hint of bitter almonds and marzipan displaying strong characteristics of banana and clove. It is full and warming on your palate. The ideal digestive after a great dish.
