Produced from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, this wine has intense grapefruit and tropical fruit aromatics. The combination of French oak aging and stainless steel fermentation enhances the rich body and crisp, clean citrus finish.
This refreshing, light-golden Extra Pale Ale embodies drinkability. AleSmith X pushes the limits by offering a level of flavor not often found in this classic style. Fresh American hops are abundant but carefully balanced by a light, crisp body and smooth bitterness. Notes of citrus and pine combine with a delicate malt sweetness to create a flavourful drinking experience.
Very clean, bright, and crisp. Lagered for several weeks so it is very smooth and has a nice round mouthfeel. If you have a need for a lighter beer, give this a try. It is all 100% malt and is hopped with all German hops.
Belching Beaver's classic Peanut Butter Milk Stout with Mexican Chocolate (Abuelita) added in. Rolled oats and lactose add to the creamy body of this beer while heavenly aromas of roasted buttery peanuts and chocolate greet you with every sip.
Tangerine zest carries throughout, accented by bright, floral, tropical flavors and a juicy finish. Brewed with American malts and a blend of Citra and Cascade hops, this is a beautiful brew to behold.
Golden in color, this consists of a creamy vanilla-like sweetness balanced out by the roast character of the coffee, perfect for those who crave their stouts and porters but want something a little different.
This striking Strong Ale is brewed with copious amounts of Caramel malt to emphasize the vanilla and oak flavors found in freshly emptied brandy barrels. The beer spends a year in oak before it is packaged for release.

With the color of a pilsner and the character of an ale, our blonde settles into the realm of restorative. Endowed with an authentic Kolsch yeast strain for a peck of fruitiness that compliments the blend of noble hops. Lager-like with its delicate dryness, it really is redolent of ales from Koln, Germany.
Brewed with a measure of heavy handed San Diego dry-hopping resulting in an aroma bursting with fresh hop notes including Apricots and citrus rinds. A crisp, dry and very refreshing IPA with resonating hop character and a finish of grassy hop notes.
This beer highlights the balance of banana and clove-like flavors created by using traditional German Hefeweizen yeast. The background is bread-like (wheat bread of course) with some toast-like flavors.

Bold orange peel and honey aromas with a faint hint of bready malt define this IPA. The citrus and piney are both on full display, with tangerine and grapefruit notes that lead to a crisp spicy finish.
