Cider has sparkled in Brittany since the Iron Age, when Gaul warriors roamed the ancient land named “Armor” or “Country-by-the-Sea.” They worshiped the sun, the moon and the stars and feared nothing but the sky falling on them. Celt cider is named after these proud and fearless warriors who lived in the six Celtic nations. This refreshing “demi sec” cider has a fruity flavor balanced by a crisp dry finish made from the finest apples in Brittany.
Saison Dupont is a classic Belgian farmhouse ale. This is a beautifully balanced, complex beer that has a refreshing fruitiness and long, dry finish. It is bottled unfiltered so it may be cloudy or have a slight sediment but this is normal and perfectly natural.
For the second incarnation of our groundbreaking IPA, we employed dry hopping and hop bursting to squeeze every last drop of piney, citrusy, tropical essence from the hops that give this beer its incredible character.
The Rose Aurore displays pale salmon color with a complex nose of cherry and strawberry notes evolving towards soft candied fruit. On the palate, the wine is rich and smooth with ripe red fruits and a well-balanced acidity.
