This beer is the culmination of our recent series of 10% Imperial Black Wheats. For the first time, 3 Sheeps fermented their Imperial Black Wheat with Belgian yeast before the aging process. This adds some nice sweetness to balance out the bourbon notes. We then aged the beer in barrels for just enough time to allow the bourbon and oak character to accent the beer, rather than overpower it.
Aged for a full year in used bourbon barrels, this beer has flavors of dark fruits and wood. Sweet toffee up front, giving way to a bitter finish that lingers for quite a while on the back of your palate.
The brewery’s most highly sought after beer; this Imperial Stout is aged to perfection in oak bourbon barrels. Look for this tasty treat to contain hints of bourbon and vanilla with roasted overtones of chocolate at the finish. (2015 Vintage)
Expect lovely, warm smells of single malt scotch, oaky bourbon barrels, smoke, sweet caramel and roasted malts, a bit of earthy spice and a scintilla of dark fruit. It’s a kick-back sipper made to excite the palate.
Lolita is a pink rose colored Belgian style pale ale fermented with wild yeast and aged on raspberries in wine barrels. Aromas of fresh raspberries, bright jammy fruit flavors and crisp, refreshing body make Lolita ideal for beer drinkers fond of Belgian Framboise.
We took our refreshing gluten-free beer, New Grist Pilsner, and brewed it with fresh ginger for a zesty, thirst-quenching flavor. Overall, New Grist Ginger is a flavorful, easy-drinking, session beer with a snappy ginger punch.
Henry’s Hard Orange is here to help push the limits of social etiquette. It tastes a lot like the orange soda you’re used to, just 4.2% harder. After you taste it, you might wonder: why hasn’t anyone done this before?
You’ll only find 100% premium quality pears in Magners Pear, which they filter to get rid of any impurities before fermenting slowly. That’s what makes Magners Pear so fresh, fruity and full of flavor. So next time you’re out and wanting a bit of a change, pour a Magners Pear, sit back and enjoy.
Tangerine zest carries throughout, accented by bright, floral, tropical flavors and a juicy finish. Brewed with American malts and a blend of Citra and Cascade hops, this is a beautiful brew to behold.
Dark and roasty yet light and smooth as a fresh coat of snow, our Oatmeal Stout will kick your cabin fever and inspire you to toss another log on the fire. Oh, what fun it is to ride through a flurry of flaked oats o’er a field of rich roasted malt flavors!
The first Barleywine ever brewed by New Belgium. This brew channels the elegant spirit of a classic English barley wine, but with a kiss of blackberry to elevate the sip beyond convention. A deep wash of caramelized sugar and toasted bread, courtesy of Caramel Munich malts, adopts subtle laces of floral fruit.
