Located 18 miles (30 min) west of downtown Denver on I-70, the historic El Rancho Colorado, has returned as El Rancho Brewing Company. We brew on-site in a 10bbl brewhouse and a half-barrel pilot system. We try to keep our most popular brews on tap as well as an eclectic mix of small batches. Our focus is making better, more interesting brews and enjoing the adventure. We aspire to be exceptional, but, hope we can be at least good. Growlers fills and growlers are available.
Our casual atmosphere restaurant serves lunch and dinner 7 days, breakfast (8am-11am) on weekends. Our chef, also a master butcher, cuts most of our meat on site to ensure quality. Our homemade sausages are ground fresh from lean cuts of meat with just enough fat to keep them moist, made on-site using our own beer and seasonings, with no preservatives. We have a traditional menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will find great sandwiches, steaks, salmon, bbq chicken/pork, appetizers and red chili (2015 Evergreen Chili Cookoff People's Choice). And fresh beer.
One of our specialties is banquets. We can accomodate groups up to these sizes: Private Garden-View Dining Room: 28, Downstairs garden-level banquet rooms 115, 130. Upstairs dining room 230. Bar area: 110, Mountian View Outdoor Deck: 70, Take-Over Events: minimum 500.
