fresh, kettle soured, India Pale Ale with bright notes of grapefruit, agave, tangerine and passion fruit. Normally “sour” and “India Pale Ale” would be contradictory terms because the flavor combinations can be tough to bring together in just the right way.
Tangerine zest carries throughout, accented by bright, floral, tropical flavors and a juicy finish. Brewed with American malts and a blend of Citra and Cascade hops, this is a beautiful brew to behold.
An English-American Extra Special Bitter, or ESB. This deep copper brew has a earthy hop aroma from East Kent Goldings and Willamette hops but delivers a distinctly toasted, malty flavor from Crystal and Chocolate specialty malts.
Our original IPA is a liquid expression of our hometown Coronado pride. Cascade, Chinook, and Columbus hops combine to provide an explosive burst of piney bitterness and luscious notes of apricot, grapefruit, and mango that are sure to evoke imagery of swaying palms and sun-kissed shores.
