Big and delicious for your ’perty mouth. Expect lovely, warm smells of single malt scotch, oaky bourbon barrels, smoke, sweet caramel and roasted malts. A bit of earthy spice and a scintilla of dark cherries. It’s a kick-back sipper made to excite the palate.
Pale Ale began as a home brewer’s dream, grew into an icon, and inspired countless brewers to follow a passion of their own. Its unique piney and grapefruit aromas from the use of whole-cone American hops have fascinated beer drinkers for decades and made this beer a classic, yet it remains new, complex and surprising to thousands of beer drinkers every day. It is—as it always has been—all natural, bottle conditioned and refreshingly bold.
The Bengali Tiger has a hoppy snap upfront, but strides at a steady pace, and finishes balanced. The signature characteristic of the Tiger is the aroma… we use massive quantities of whole East Kent Goldings hops to dry hop in our conditioning tanks.
The brown ale to end all brown ales. Enjoy it, because there is no longer any reason to drink another. You’ve reached the pinnacle. A healthy blend of traditional British malts give this popular style a semi-sweet, biscuity, slightly roasted flavor. Oats thicken the mouthfeel, and a handful of specialty malts add complex chocolate, toffee, and caramel notes.
Our Free Will Pale Ale.. with fresh Jalapenos added to give it a fresh, pepper flavor and this time we’ve included some of the seeds for a little heat! This is a limited release, so enjoy it while it’s here.
A strong coffee and cinnamon aroma complements a smooth chocolate taste with just a hint of chili spice. We used local coffee and fresh spices to create this unique blend. The MexiCali stout balances both sweet and spicy elements for a delightful taste that will have you ordering another pint before you’ve even finished the first
A spruce-infused 4.7% ABV Pale Ale, Pennsylvania Tuxedo pays homage to the flannel suited hunters and gatherers who dwell deep in the back country woods of Central PA. Pennsylvania Tuxedo Brewed in collaboration with Family Run outerwear company Woolrich, our two like-minded companies came together to make a beer with Pacific Northwest hop varieties to make a sessionable concoction with a grassy citrus kick complimented by the resinous conifer qualities of fresh green Spruce Tips. We went into t
Captain James Jack Pilsner - A classic northern German "Pils", this straw-colored lager is crisp and smooth, with a subtle yet assertive hoppiness that doesn't overwhelm your palate or the beer's malt backbone. OMB developed this smooth, refreshing pilsner beer as our salute to the spirit, courage and resolve of Captain Jack and the members of the Mecklenburg Convention
. OMB uses authentic ingredients in our Copper Altbier, including expensive (but worth it) noble Bavarian hops. We also adhere to traditional, time consuming, costly decoction brewing techniques to produce this copper hued, amazingly satisfying “lagered ale.”
The top product from the Rochefort Trappist brewery. Dark color, full and very impressive taste. Strong plum, raisin, and black currant palate, with ascending notes of vinousness and other complexities.
This coffee-laced milk stout quickly became a favorite among Gallagher's peers. Made bittersweet and creamy while remaining smooth and easy-drinking thanks to the addition of milk sugar, it's clear why this is a brew we needed to share with fans everywhere.
This intensely citrusy, beautifully bitter beer is worthy of the simple-yet-lordly title of Stone Delicious IPA. Lemondrop and El Dorado hops combine to bring on a magnificent lemon candy-like flavor that’s balanced by hop spice. It’s unlike anything we’ve tasted in nearly two decades of IPA experimentation, and another lupulin-laced creation we’re excited to introduce to hopheads everywhere.
The Catena Malbec presents a deep violet color. This microclimate blend of four unique vineyards offers intense aromas, a soft texture, and concentrated flavor. Deep aromas of ripe red and dark fruits are joined by delicate violet and lavender notes, with traces of vanilla and mocha.
This Cabernet Sauvignon is grown in outstanding vineyards throughout California, primarily the warmer climates in Lodi and Paso Robles. Here grapes ripen fully and develop ample red cherry and black currant flavors on the vine. Once harvested the wine is barrel fermented in small French oak casks, enhancing the wine’s mouthfeel and contributing a subtle spicy aroma.
Our 2014 Sauvignon Blanc is crisp with ripe lemon, green apple, peach and guava on the entry. Chamomile flower comes toward the mid-palate along with a fine mineral texture that adds a depth to the wine’s clean palate. The finish is fresh with lingering citrus and herbal notes.
This classically styled Syrah is rich and full-bodied, with notes of blackberries, black cherries and blueberries. The subtle savory spices round out the ripe fruit making it an excellent wine for roasted meats and vegetables with herbs.
Dark ruby in color, complex aromas of raspberry, dark cherry, dried thyme, and hints of cedar and spearmint. In the mouth, fruit flavors dominate with nuances of cherry preserves, blueberry pie, summer sweet plum, and cranberry sauce with delicate notes of cream soda, candied orange rind, coconut, and sweet basil
Fragrant aromas of plum and black cherry find perfect balance with hints of vanilla, cola, cloves and cocoa dust. Right on the heels of all that aromatic intensity are interwoven layers of blackberry, boysenberry, black currant, dark plums and mocha. This wine is full bodied with supple tannins and a long, generous finish.
In the beginning...there weren't a whole lot of choices for a really great white blend. Then, through a stroke of luck and/or general intention, nine grapes-Chardonnay and Pinot Gris among them-came together and really like each other. Together, they produced a wine that was delightful, sublime and just plain yummy. And we called this wine Evolution. Wine lovers loved it.
Pale yellow in color with greenish reflections, Stella Pinot Grigio is vibrant on the palate with fresh fruit aromas of pears and citrus, and balanced, yet zesty acidity. Light, refreshing, and easy-going, Stella Pinot Grigio is the ideal summer wine, offering versatility and excellent value.
This is going to be a doozy.

Deep, rich and velvety soft. A full blooded roasty character with almost no burnt flavor is balanced by complex alcohol notes. Strong yet unfailingly subtle, this special brew rewards unhurried attention.
Inspired by our head brewer’s cafe con leche-fueled travels in Key West, this is a milk stout with some kick. Local coffee from Dynamite Roasting Co. is cold-extracted and added post fermentation to this sweet, creamy stout.
