Inspired by the success of our "X" series of special Imperial Stout releases, we've embarked on a journey to the outer reaches of our popular Rye-on-Rye. For this inaugural release, a rich, tawny rye ale is aged in first-use rye whiskey barrels then transferred to yet another set of first-use rye whiskey barrels for a second aging, effectively resulting in "Rye-on-Rye-on-Rye."

Mighty Dry Hard Cider was born from the ideals of the west coast and crafted with a delicious blend of culinary apple varieties. This Cider is crafted with miraculously crisp West Coast apples, fresh vim and California vigor.
With a mild hoppy note and its pleasant fresh spicy taste, it goes very well with salads, poultry, stews or with a hearty snack. Brewed according to our centuries-old brewing tradition on the Weihenstephan hill.
Colour and sight: Dark brown-red. A compact white-yellow, stable and lacing head. Scent: Touches of caramel, mocha and chocolate. Spices such as liquorice and coriander are also present. Flavour: a very good mouthfeel of alcohol and softness. This is followed by an increasing bitterness, partially from the hop, but also from the roasted malt and chocolate malt. Towards the end a nice balance between bitterness, sour and sweet.
Their decadent Oatmeal Stout lovingly aged in Bourbon barrels. Beautiful chocolate, espresso and vanilla-bourbon aromas hold your nose hostage. Rich dark chocolate truffle, bourbon and espresso create a dangerously smooth and incredibly drinkable barrel aged Oatmeal Stout.
Dark Ale aged in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels from local wineries, black currants, brettanomyces, lactobacillus, and pediococcus.. Rich flavors of chocolate truffle, spice, tobacco, currants, and a bit of Cabernet.
Brown Ale aged in used Pinot Noir barrels w/ sour cherries, brettanomyces, lactobacillus, and pediococcus. Flavors from the cherries, Pinot Noir and oak balance each other nicely with a little funk from the brett.
This strong Weizenbock from the famous Schneider brewery is about as intense as wheat beer gets. This is a very intense wheat doppelbock with a complex spicy chocolate-like arome with a hint of banana and raisins.
St.Bernardus Prior 8 is a traditional abbey ale brewed in the classic "Dubbel" style of Belgium's Best Abbey Ales. It has a ruby to purple color, smooth, creamy richness of texture that is almost oily, and a malt-fruit complexity reminiscent of coconut.
