Produced in the tradition of 18th Century English brewers who supplied the court of Russia’s Catherine the Great, Old Rasputin seems to develop a cult following wherever it goes. It’s a rich, intense brew with big complex flavors and a warming finish.
Created by combining framboises (raspberries) with kriek lambic style ales. Ales made with wild yeast and tart cherries were aged in oak and soured. Then immediately prior to the final blending, our brewers throw in handpicked framboises from Schroyer Family Farms in Fort Collins.
Zombie Monkie is a dark, rich porter, carefully brewed for the post-apocalyptic world to come. Crafted with lots of roasty dark chocolate and specialty malts, then inoculated with enough hops to add a floral/citrus character in the finish.
This is one monster of a Brown Ale! They used an obnoxious amount of chocolate malt and roasted barley to give this beer a cast iron backbone. Our Oatmeal Brown pours a dark mahogany with aromas of dark chocolate and coffee. 5.5%

Bringing down the Farmhouse! Our interpretation of the rustic Wallonian Saison style is a harmonious blend of rustic grains, spicy yeast and unique sauvignon blanc tones. Inviting lemon grass and gooseberry meet peppery spice and fresh grain aromas. Spicy Belgian yeast create a complex yet dry and refreshing canvas with splashes of citrus and stone fruit with a bright tropical white wine finish. Our American Pale Ale is golden in color, mildly bitter, and characterized by floral/citrus-like aromatics which are the result of an additional dry hopping with a very large amount of Cascade Hops. Crisp, crystal clear, and completely enjoyable.
Prairie Hop is our hop driven saison. This beer is packed with Simcoe and Citra hops. Notes of peach, mango, and tangerine can be found in the flavor and aroma of this beer. The beer finishes dry which helps the hops jump out of the glass flavor wise.

It is an easy drinking wine with lovely notes deep cherries with a hint of almond on the nose. A core of ripe fruit flavors, lots of pretty bright berry, floral and violet aromas and flavors. Medium-bodied with some fine tannins and a refreshing finish.

The wine itself, is forward and fruit filled, with the aromatic whites really taking over the nose on the wine. The palate however, is a bit rounder and fuller than the last two vintages, with a bit more weight but this too is balanced out with crisp acidity (no malolactic fermentation on this wine). The 2014 Padstal Chardonnay has a withdrawn honeysuckle and white-flower-scented bouquet that needs coaxing from the glass. The palate is well balanced with tropical notes on the entry: passion fruit, pineapple and hints of shaved ginger towards the finish. This is a perfectly satisfying drop of Chardonnay.
