St. Tuber is a Belgian Abbey Ale brewed with North Carolina sweet potatoes and cloves. With a hint of fruit provided by the Belgian yeast, combined with the caramel sweetness from the potatoes, you’ll forget all about those pumpkin beers!
Brooklyn Sorachi Ace is a classic saison, a cracklingly dry, hoppy unfiltered golden farmhouse ale, but made entirely with now-rare Sorachi Ace hops grown by a single farm in Washington. We ferment it with our special Belgian ale strain, and then add more Sorachi Ace hops post-fermentation. After the dry-hopping, the beer emerges with a bright spicy lemongrass / lemon zest aroma backed by a wonderfully clean malt flavor.
Deep mahogany color with nice tan head. Rich, toasty, malty aroma and flavor with a faint touch of smokiness. A tinge of hops provides the perfect balance to the maltiness. Full-bodied, smooth and warming.
Saison “Classic Saison” This is a Belgian-style farmhouse ale. The aroma is dominated by fruity esters reminiscent of citrus fruits along with a moderate earthy and floral hop aroma from the use of Noble-type hops

We soured the wort on the Hot Side with Lactobacillus for a few days and then brewed up this smooth and hoppy sour. Dry-hopped hard cider. The hoppy cider was made with Stayman Winesap apples and dry-hopped with whole left hops grown at the cidery. It’s not clear what hops were used for the dry-hopping, but Willamette, Perle, Cascade, Saaz and others are grown on location.
