Saison “Classic Saison” This is a Belgian-style farmhouse ale. The aroma is dominated by fruity esters reminiscent of citrus fruits along with a moderate earthy and floral hop aroma from the use of Noble-type hops
Freak of Nature Double IPA is our hoppiest ale. We dry hop this beer at a rate of almost 4 pounds of hops per barrel. The resulting blend of dank and citrus forward hops make for a palate changing experience.
Dry-hopped hard cider. The hoppy cider was made with Stayman Winesap apples and dry-hopped with whole left hops grown at the cidery. It’s not clear what hops were used for the dry-hopping, but Willamette, Perle, Cascade, Saaz and others are grown on location.

of framboise, blackberry compote, and hints of licorice-laced black
pepper. Valravn shows the weight of top quality dry-farmed Zinfandel,
balanced by a the freshness that is the hallmark of these ancient vines.
