Jade. Exotic jewel of the orient. Now a gem of an IPA. Bold, citrusy Pacific Jade hops lend striking tropical fruit notes and a hint of peppery finish to this easy-drinking IPA. Dry hop additions of Chinook and Citra add heady aroma and bold flavor. A special beer to charm the hop lover in you. Go ahead. Get Jaded.
For 30 days this honey-hued beer sleeps in hand selected oak barrels, locked inside a bonded warehouse, gradually assimilating the subtle flavours that reside in the wood. Barrels are then emptied and maturation continues for a further 47 days in a marrying tun where these natural flavours infuse and fall into perfect balance. This 77-day process is unique and produces a delicious, refreshing beer: Aromas of vanilla and toffee, hints of citrus, with a malty, lightly oaked palate.
Apples and bourbon. Crispness and smoke. We took hard cider made from perfect Pacific Northwest organic apples and spiked it with a healthy measure of our proprietary barrel-proof bourbon flavor. Someone called it “beguiling,” but there’s nothing nuanced about this cider—it’s intense, alive and totally memorable.
A cocoa infused Imperial Stout – Opaque black in color with a dark brown head. Big chocolate aroma with notes of espresso, blackstrap molasses, dark sweet toffee and dark fruit. Smooth dark chocolate backbone with complex notes of coffee, dark toffee and dark fruit.
A stout made uniquely from Scottish malts, matured over Irish whiskey-infused oak. The chocolate malt and roasted barley both give a real depth of flavor to this brew and the Super Styrian hops add an earthy, balancing sweetness.
Freak of Nature Double IPA is our hoppiest ale. We dry hop this beer at a rate of almost 4 pounds of hops per barrel. The resulting blend of dank and citrus forward hops make for a palate changing experience.
