Cask Tapping by Fox River Brewing Co

Join us on Wednesday February 3rd as Kevin, brewmaster from Fox River Brewing Company, taps a cask of SKYWALKER STOUT. The Skywalker Stout we will be serving is a cask conditioned imperial stout. A blend of dry hops will be added inside the cask upon tapping. They are the "Australian Galaxy" & "Citra", yummm. Both of these hops display abundant, yet graceful, citrus character making this not only a truly unique beer drinking experience but also an exclusive batch.Like Darth Vader, once it is gone it is gone! Tapping is at 5 pm and 16oz pints of this limited edition stout are $3.50Skywalker Stout is 7.4% ABV and 55 IBU’s.
