This beer was boiled for 12 hours to concentrate the sugars resulting in an amazing ABV of 13.7%! The flavor reflects this intensity, with dark fruit and roasted notes overlaid with an intense sweetness. NOTE: This sweetness can be further rounded out with a red hot poker that will caramelize the sugar, creating a layer reminiscent of toasted marshmallows.
