Although it is not irrational, it certainly could be considered transcendental. This bready and beautiful pale ale pays homage to one of our Stein Society members with more than just an affinity for math. It pours a nice burnt orange color with a white head and uses Simcoe and Amarillo hops to balance the malt body. Easy drinking and a great pairing with dinner or day hike.
