A one-off of our I(70)PA, exclusively fermented with Brettanomyces Drie. This yeast exhibits a subtle tart funkiness with notes of pineapple and mango. The beer is still dry-hopped the same way as the regular version which produces plenty of tropical fruit flavors and aromas.
