(1/2 BBL) an IPA fermented exclusively by Brettanomyces bruxellensis drie yeast. While typically known for providing the 'funk' flavor and aroma associated with certain wild beers, when Brettanomyces ferments beer by itself and is not given time to age, it produces flavors of stone fruit such as apricots and peaches. This ale is further hopped with Kohatu, Hull Melon, El Dorado, Mosaic, and Citra hops. (ETA 7/20-7/22)
