Our Dakota Hills single Hop Ale is an attempt to showcase the incredible variety of flavors and aromas that can be derived from hops. Batch #1 utilizes Hallertau Blanc, a delicate hop that provides notes of passionfruit, white wine, and light herbs. We use an atypical german yeast in this series, known for accentuating hop flavors.
