Mixed-Fermentation Sour Beer5.5% ABV
We split a batch of wort between two fermenters. Both were soured with our bacteria culture, then fermented with a wild yeast, a farmhouse yeast, and one of our Brettanomyces cultures. Each fermenter was then heavily hopped with either Nelson Sauvin or Mosaic hops. Only one keg of each is available. They're both absurdly good. (ETA: 5/19)
