This beer was brewed with a Belgian Saison base in terms of malt and yeast, and then dry hopped intensely with three hop varieties: Nelson Sauvin, Cascade, and Mandarina Bavaria. The result is a beautifully complex ale, with dry spice notes working together with juicy, dank pine flavors from the hops.
