(1/2 BBL) Fruita is a series we're debuting for the summer months. The base style is a German Gose (go-zuh), which is a sour ale brewed with wheat, coriander, and sea salt. Every batch will be gently hopped with Citra hops, but will vary in which fruit is used. Batch #1 uses Mango (we used real chunks of fruit, not syrup, extract, or juice of any kind). (ETA: 6/13)
