El Rancho Ralston Cream Ale

Cream Ales, spawned from the American light lager style, are a hybrid beer that uses an ale yeast fermented at cooler temps. In this case, we used a strain originating in London. Light and refreshing with a soft haze, this ale carries smooth notes of malt, grain, and bread, kept in balance by a soft, background bitterness.
