(1/2 BBL) A Saison inspired ale fermented by both Saccharomyces (brewer's yeast) and Brettanomyces. Delicately hopped with a combination of Wakatu, Southern Cross, and Citra hops. A pleasant combination of funk and fruit. (ETA: 6/20)
