Mixed-Fermentation Sour Beer4.5% ABV
We soured this ale with a probiotic strain of bacteria, then fermented it dry with a semi- wild yeast. This alone created a wonderful sour ale, with delicious lemonade flavors, accompanied by notes of pineapple. We dry hop this beer with copious amounts of Mosaic, Amarillo, and Idaho #7 hops.
