We brewed our delicious witbier recipe, this time utilizing 4 lbs of strawberries-2lbs on the warm side of brewing, 2 lbs on the cold side. To further support the fruit, we used German Huell Melon Hops, which provide a strawberry and melon like aroma and flavor. Stay tuned for final description when the beer is on tap!
